Donal Byrne
Co-Founder
With twelve years’ experience in various digital marketing and technical roles, and an MBA from University College Dublin, Donal’s skills allow the Hatched team to source and analyze untapped datasets. With his vast experience in consulting roles and at Paddy Power, Donal has successfully led diverse teams including data analytics functions and advised many companies on their online marketing strategies. Donal founded a digital agency when digital was still at its infancy.

Charmaine Kenny
Co-Founder
Charmaine has over ten years’ experience in management consulting (The Parthenon Group, London) and operational management positions (Paddy Power, Dublin/London). Her business experience is characterised by using data to make decisions. This experience coupled with her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, enables Charmaine to productise data efficiently and effectively. Charmaine also co-founded The Irish Workshop, an online marketplace – a digital experience that lends itself to Hatched.
